The Eye 16x20 Acrylic

I just recently picked up some new art supplies and decided I wanted to practice painting eyes. So, here I painted an Reptile eye.

What do you think?

  1. Hi there! This is my 1st comment here so I just wanted to give a quick shout out and say I genuinely enjoy reading your articles. Can you suggest any other blogs/websites/forums that cover the same subjects? Thank you!

  2. Great job, I feel like I am being watched when I look at you painting. I do not particularly like reptiles, so it kind of creeps me out. So you must have done a great job.

Thank you for your comment, and thanks for the conformation that my painting draws emotions from the viewer, even if it is a negative one due to it being a reptile. I love to create art in hopes that those who view my work will be able to see something within it that will move them, be it a positive or negative reaction. I will try and keep the negative reactions to a minimum though.
